#BE SERIES MISHIMOTO RADIATOR HOSES MANUAL#
Mishimoto radiators are designed for manual transmission or automatic transmission, and some are designed to fit both options. Will Mishimoto radiators work with my automatic transmission? Mishimoto radiators vary from 1, 2, 3, and 4 rows, depending on the application. Mishimoto does not warranty a product that has been modified to fit with non-OEM parts. Customers with other after-market vehicle modifications may need to make adjustments to accommodate those modifications. Mishimoto radiators are designed to be a direct fit. Will Mishimoto radiators fit my OEM vehicle application? The end tanks on all Mishimoto radiators have either a polished or natural aluminum finish. What type of finish is applied to Mishimoto radiators?

With our radiators, you’ll never have to worry about cracked plastic end tanks leaving you stranded.Īnd, don't forget about appearance! Mishimoto radiators have either a polished or natural aluminum finish with high-quality welds that enhance the appearance of your engine bay. All our aluminum radiators are precision TIG-welded to stand up to the abuse of everyday driving, the trails, or the track. Mishimoto radiators are also designed to be more durable than stock radiators. This maximizes your engine’s efficiency and keeps your engine cool in the hottest conditions. Mishimoto aluminum radiators provide an added level of cooling capacity that stock radiators simply cannot deliver. Adding more horsepower means adding more heat into the radiator, which the stock radiator was not designed to handle. The radiator that came with your car was built to meet the demands of the average driver, but you are not the average driver.

Probably just going to hit up Lowe's and see if I can find some hosing that I can cut down to fit.Īnother question for ya.did you reroute your overflow tank to the driver's side as well or just curve the hose around? I see in the video (posted above) that he moved it and got a smaller tank.Products Does Mishimoto offer a warranty on its products? Would've loved to have bought their hoses as well.but I don't think they're worth $210. 240Z rad has a different lower water outlet, meaning you'll need to use the matching 240Z lower rad hose (the water pump inlet that this hose goes to is in the same location on any L-series motor so as long as the hose matches the rad you'll be fine)Īwesome thanks! I already ordered the Mishimoto.but I will admit, I am a bit of a brand snob lol. 240Z rad is a little shorter than 280Z rad (this means that the 240Z rad will bolt into a 280Z no problem, but putting the larger 280Z in a 240Z involves more work) Now I'm running a Champion 3-row aluminum radiator meant for the 280Z (with the 280Z lower rad hose) as it seems to perform just as well as a mishimoto for a lot less money! I was using a stock 240Z radiator for the past year or so in my car, all you'll need to make it compatible is the 240Z lower rad hose.

I've got a '77 280Z, you can use the radiator out of any other S30 in 280Z's.
